Amendment: The universe works in many mysterious ways they say… unfortunately I’ve had to postpone my trip. I will be gone for the entire months of December and therefore still available to see you personally until then – all the same info below still applies for my absence. Bueno Dias and Hello,

I’m excited to let you know that I will be away in Mexico for Yoga Teacher Training from Nov 1st – Dec 19th. As most of you are aware, self improvement, awareness and evolution are very important to me and I fuse this into my practice whenever the moment calls for it. As part of that mission and to better myself and my service to you I am embarking on this exciting journey through both the physical and mental challenges of intense Yoga training while living in another country for a short time. I feel so called to this experience and I look forward to sharing it’s gifts with you when I return.

In my absence two of my colleagues will be filling in for me at New Directions in Health. Josie Gintoli and Daniel Lacoste are both veteran BioEnergetic & Holistic Practitioners with a wealth of knowledge. As per usual you can call the office directly to book your appointment with them. I will be available via e-mail and Skype (Skype address: giovanna.capozza@gmail.com) should you require my assistance or wish to book a Homeopathic or Nutritional follow-up via Skype on weekends.
